Recruitment focal point, owning and leading a high number of demanding blue-collar contracts across the organization: • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery, sourcing candidates for both construction and maintenance disciplines for offshore and on-site roles • Ensuring all requisitions are efficiently filled with competent personnel in line with tight timelines. • Accountable for reviewing candidate CVs, arranging interviews and managing job adverts on internal and external job boards • Leading the organization of a successful recruitment trade event across several UK locations, responsible for the planning and execution of the project • Engaging and influencing key stakeholder engagement throughout project duration • Developing and maintaining client relationships, leading regular meetings to ensure successful delivery of projects • Proactively contributing to working groups to streamline processes, continuously updating knowledge on evolving business initiatives and supporting to overall strategy • Responsible for managing agencies, ensuring a positive relationship & efficient delivery of service
