ABOUT LAUREN REFINETTI TIMMONS
I am Lead Trademark Counsel for Chime, a mission-driven Fintech company working to make banking easier and more accessible to all. Before this position, I was a BigLaw associate practicing Trademark and Copyright litigation, enforcement, and prosecution on behalf of numerous global brands in various industries. In addition to IP, I am passionate about helping victims of domestic violence, and assist with cases to obtain protective orders through Safe Alliance\'s Pro Bono Legal Representation Program. I am also active in the legal community and serve on the Board of the Women Lawyers of Charlotte as Community Service Co-Chair, as well as being a member of the In-House Practitioners Committee for the International Trademark Association (INTA) and INTA\'s Research Advisory Council.
