   Cofounded software company created to help states track outcomes for disability, child welfare, and aging social service programs. • Secured $7m in development funding and supported investor information requests such as board presentations, monthly reports, and demos of platform progress.• Led platform development: created content and design for five modules. Established workflows and outlined data collection criteria. Drafted software requirements and updated based on market feedback. Adapted platform for child welfare and aging social services, increasing market reach beyond disabilities services.• Drove AI integration as a solution to issues with data categorization and text processing.• Conducted market research and reviewed federal laws that reorganize disability and child welfare social services. Extracted new requirements related to data gathering and reporting from each law, and documented state processes and forms for administering disability, child welfare and aging social services for five states.• Developed and executed marketing strategies, which included making presentations to more than 20 state directors and chief technology officers (CTOs) of disability and child welfare programs. Created eight platform versions customized to specific states. Created visibility for Tempo at key conferences by giving presentations to audiences of 200+. Developed content for marketing website, developed social media campaign, and created monthly marketing campaigns to subscribers.• Led client acquisition and onboarding, which included creating sales presentations, client proposals, and discovery/implementation processes. Gathered client business processes and forms, mapped client processes to platform functionality, and drafted requirements for customization.• Implemented project planning processes and software and managed teams’ projects and deadlines.• Direct reports included CTO, chief product officer, controller, and more than 15 vendors.
