Lauren works as a creative director, film director, event producer, DJ, & artist.They bring 10+ years of domestic and international producing experience including three feature films: Women Who Kill (2017), Live Cargo (2017) & Jane Wants a Boyfriend (2016).They were the series director on Magnolia Network\'s TV show Everyday Cooking (2022), and received a PROMAX Award for Showtime\'s Marketing Piece, Becoming Saul (2020).When they\'re not on set, you can find Lauren on dance floors in NYC where they play out as L B33 & as one half of L&D. Their genre-hopping approach to dance music spans techno, bass, funk, and pop with an affinity for psychedelic textures and rhythmic complexity. They co-run Plants Love Bass, which hosts a bi-monthly residency on East Village Radio. And as one of the maintainers behind rave.cafe they curate Unlikely Pairings, a monthly radio show on 8 Ball Community Radio. They also make zines, clothes, and party decor from repurposed materials.
