ABOUT LAUREN PESCE

As a business analyst at Accenture, I have had the opportunity to explore multiple different roles through different projects across industries. Since May, I have been working with different SAP programs, including SAP S4, VIM, and SAP Fieldglass, while supporting my teams learning and development. I have also had the incredible opportunity of working with Accenture’s Public Service ESG leaders to develop sales materials, provide in-depth research on various ESG topics, and provide insight on a future operating model. I am passionate about sustainability and excited to learn everything I can to build a sustainable future! I’m a recent graduate of International Business at Carleton University, concentrating in Global Financial Systems with a minor in German. In 20••••20 I studied abroad at the Berlin School of Economics and Law in Germany. I previously worked as a support analyst with Shared Services Canada, as a part of a Business Intake team, responsible for delegating and creating change management operations. Prior to Business Intake, I was on the project management team for the Data Centre Services Branch. I enjoyed my experience with both teams and learned a lot about project management, business process definition and design, and change management! Throughout my time at Carleton University I had the opportunity to work as a teaching assistant for German classes, as well as a workshop facilitator for accounting and economics classes. I\'ve enjoyed every opportunity I had to work with other students in a leadership position and also as a teammate!
