ABOUT LAUREN OCONNOR
I advise trustees, employers and providers on all aspects of pensions law. I have a particular focus on DC, advising a number of commercial master trusts (both trustee and provider side). My recent DC experience includes advising on the charge cap, DC disclosure requirements and other regulatory compliance issues. I have also advised on a number of large and complex DC bulk transfers. In addition, I carry out a significant amount of DB advisory work and have particular expertise in scheme restructurings, funding negotiations (including asset backed funding structures) and risk transfer exercises.I am passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion and I am a founding member of the Women’s Pensions Network.
