I am a Talent Acquisitions Specialist, recruiting for roles within the Construction and Materials space for The Heritage Group. I have extensive knowledge and experience in People Management and Human Resources, with a heightened emphasis on Talent Acquisitions, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Leave of Absence and ADA processes. I enjoy teaching and empowering others by sharing my knowledge and utilizing critical thinking skills to aide in conflict resolution.
