I like solving big ambiguous problems that involve numerous stakeholders.I\'m an experienced program and project manager that gets large, multi-workstream projects organized, on track, and delivering excellent results. I\'ve worked with several new products to help them figure out the marketplace- what is their value? how should they partner? how should they go-to-market?I started my career in operations and bring an operational efficiency lens to all of my projects. How can we do it better, faster, smarter? This path allowed me to introduce many of my clients to robotic process automation (RPA) and agile methodology. I go to work because of the brilliant people that I get to work with.
