Driven and goal oriented professional with several years of Customer Service and Marketing experience. I enjoy learning and teaching all areas of business while being an effective marketer.Previous Experience:•I joined Ferguson in 2014 with the Residential Trade and Commercial marketing team and executed numerous customer-facing national initiatives. I was an integral part in organizing and operating major aspects of national programs, and supported key initiatives focused on customer retention and new customer acquisition.•In 2018 I took on marketing responsibilities for Fire & Fabrication as a Marketing Business Partner. I was responsible for collaboratively developing and executing the Marketing Plan, working closely with executive leadership, field associates and cross-functional departments to ensure marketing alignment and integration with business goals. My focus included sharing best practices among the teams in the development of promotions, digital and print marketing materials, and omni-channel initiatives. During my 5 years in that role I became involved with industry associations at the national and local levels, sitting as a committee member for NextGen (AFSA) for 2 years and was active in our local chapter (AFSA VA). I also had the privilege of speaking in seminars at both AFSA and NFSA. From a marketing perspective, we were able to increase our digital presence and brand presence nationally, while still maximizing our impact at the local level.•In 2020, I also became the Marketing Business Partner for the Master Distribution and Marketplaces team. Over a 2 year period we were able to revitalize the brand through updates to print media ads and digital marketing including email campaigns - highlighting our strengths and capabilities as well as strategic vendor partners. •In 2023, I took on new responsibilities for marketing strategy initiatives for the Commercial/Mechanical and Industrial customer groups.
