Our primary care providers do not have quotas to see a minimum number of patients per day Nor do they have their compensation tied to “efficiency” or “productivity” Rather, our providers are encouraged to spend the time necessary with you, the patient, to ensure you are receiving quality care We generally pre-schedule 2 patients per hour per primary care provider, whereas many practices often will schedule 3-5 patients per hour. Although exam times vary from patient-to-patient, the fact that the number of patients scheduled is reduced allows our providers more time to be caring and gracious.
