As a project manager on Group14\'s sustainability team, I provide guidance for building owners, developers and design teams from the project\'s inception through coordination with the contractor during construction to achieve a project\'s certification and sustainability goals. I preform design kick off meetings, drawing and spec reviews, compile green rating system checklists, complete credit documentation, conduct project specific research, construction tracking, and assist in writing operational policies. A primary focus of my work has been assisting teams in their specifications and selection of materials to meet LEEDv4 requirements and the Living Building Challenge Materials Petal. I provide material workshops around how to improve the well being and health of all parties impacted throughout the supply chain and life of the building along with best practices and resources for project teams. Given my strong interest in Corporate Social Responsibility, I have assisted Group14 in their achievement in becoming a JUST Organization, a Public Benefit Corporation, and a BCorp.
