This includes preparing all quarterly estimated tax payments, extension requests, tax sharing calculations and tax returns for the US group companies. Provide assistance to the U.S. Group Companies with compliance issues and audits for property, payroll, sales & use and VAT/GST/HST. Assist with all income tax audits and coordinate any sales & use, VAT/GST/HST, payroll or property tax audits if necessary. Prepare, in some cases, and review all year-end current and deferred tax calculations for all of the U.S. Group Companies and the related tax reporting within our accounting system.
