ABOUT LAUREN MAZZEI
I am a people-oriented professional deeply passionate about fostering inclusive environments, resolving workplace conflicts, and empowering individuals to achieve their goals. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Human Resources with a minor in Women\'s Studies from The Pennsylvania State University and am pursuing a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations with a concentration in staffing, training, and development. As Vice President of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) at Penn State, I guided students in identifying career paths, developing resumes, and leveraging resources to achieve their goals. My leadership in DMAX, a mental health advocacy club, further reflects my dedication to creating inclusive and supportive spaces.
