Clinical research and project manager for over seven years. Project management has included oversight on NIH multimillion dollar projects to industry sponsored international projects. Responsible for physician outreach, creating SOP\'s, and protocol development. Strong data input skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and REDCap along with IBM SPSS. Developed training curriculum and quality metrics for studies along with training staff. Participated in quality assurance and quality control consisting of data collection and data entry. Prepared study timelines and milestones for projects. Supported IRB approval and renewal along with regulatory documentation. Multi-site studies have included national and international oversight including site visits and trainings. Created budgets when appropriate and worked closely with administration on maintaining. Prepared yearly reports consisting of major activities, significant results, goals and specific aims, and actual or anticipated challenges or delays and actions or plans to resolve them. In addition to clinical research project management I have also worked with medical devices in FemTech. Preparing training documents and metrics for clinical research sites. Completed on-site training and follow up virtual training.My research path started as a diagnostic medical sonographer in maternal fetal medicine leading to a Masters in Public Health. Furthering my career into clinical research management.
