Promote and grow a studio business by building relationships with diverse clients, teachers, and community members through creating positive environments Partner with media outlets to promote internal and external events Create marketing collateral for events, studio offerings, and special topics Oversee and implement scheduling for 80 monthly classes offered by 10 different teachers Facilitating payment process internally and externally through effective communication Recruit and engage substitute facilitators and teachers and onboard teaching subs in studio systems and processes Manage troubleshooting and backend support for scheduling platform Design and oversee all major studio events from ideation to logistics execution Guide fitness practitioners through proper alignment through yoga and fitness
