Direct and manage over five (5) organizational development projects specific to talent acquisition, talent management, and talent development using project management tools including Monday.com, Jira, LucidChart, and Canva - Lead the total restructuring of Talent Recruitment and Onboarding strategies and processes from design to execution - Design, develop and facilitate four-part training program for 100+ employees on the organization\'s new standards of care and values, incorporating experiential learning and pre/post training measurement - Spearhead all change management strategy and communication throughout the organization on the launch of new in-house pharmacy, new recruitment and onboarding policies/procedures, new engagement initiatives, performance evaluations, and new-hire orientation - Collaborate cross-functionally to design and execute recruitment and engagement initiatives/events including annual behavioral health recruitment events, monthly recognition programs, new-hire orientations, and community engagement events - Direct the creation and implementation of job-aids and intranet site for all organizational learning materials in an effort to increase information sharing and break information silos
