ABOUT LAUREN LAITIN
I design custom experiences tailored to help individuals and organizations expand their leadership capabilities,(re)define team culture, and navigate their evolving professional landscape with confidence and clarity. Through small group workshops, company-wide trainings, and one-on-one coaching sessions, I work with organizations and their leaders to tackle mission-critical efforts including leadership visioning, cultivating workforce culture, effective communications, career development strategies, strategic planning, and change management. I also collaborate with people leaders and internal L&D experts on comprehensive learning programs, advising on curriculum design, sales, and product development. Since founding Parachute in 2015, I have had the privilege of partnering with senior leaders and corporate teams at Tesla, Google, Lyft, Slack, Mothership Strategies, GE, Earthjustice, and the Clinton Foundation, among others.Throughout my career, I have built a reputation as a strategic advisor and valued partner to decision makers and their teams. As an attorney at Skadden, I counseled clients on complex legal issues, helping them balance critical business and legal considerations. Prior to law, I worked in the federal government, driving workforce communications in the intelligence community. My close study of the human element of organizational leadership continues to inform my work, as I empower emerging leaders, align teams, and cultivate a stronger workforce culture.
