ABOUT LAUREN LAFAYETTE
Undergraduate and graduate studies across the country has landed me in Austin, TX as a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with an itch to do something new in the field. As a SLP, I had the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings with diverse populations and along side skilled medical professionals. My time and experience in these settings developed my ability to work on a medical team and collaborate with various healthcare professionals in public schools, nursing facilities, acute rehabilitation settings and home health settings and expanded my overall scope of practice. In 2011, I ventured into the entrepreneur part of my life in starting Aspire Medical Staffing with my business partner, Gilbert Perales. My role with Aspire has been an integral piece of developing Aspire’s overall business model. This model has proven to be successful for both Aspire\'s commercial and federal customers. I continue to find motivation to make a difference in the medical world through technology, innovation and offering streamlined, efficient staffing solutions for medical facilities nationwide. I work to to ensure that the services Aspire’s team provides to their customers are top notch. Efficiencies and communication are at the core of my work ethic and leadership style. These two values are demonstrated to all customers in providing their facilities with quality healthcare providers.
