We work with campus stakeholders and student leaders across North America to design the ultimate hub for student activity and engagement. In my role at Bounce, I- I lead the development of key growth markets in the US while ensuring the continued success of our well-established Canadian markets- Manage Bounce\'s campus ambassador program of 70+ students at schools across North America. Our program offers professional development opportunities for students interested in both sales and marketing activities at campuses of all growth stages- Manage key partnerships with campus administrators, brands, and hostsBuilding community is at the heart of what we do, and I’m proud to be part of a team that empowers students to connect, grow, and succeed.

ABOUT LAUREN CARSON
Lauren is a B.Sc Physics and B.Education grad from Queen’s University with a focus on Educational Leadership and Experiential education. Lauren is currently at Bounced Inc, where she heads Global Campus Operations. She and her team oversee ambassadors across North America. She works with a variety of campus stakeholders to maximize and quantify engagement and is passionate about driving community by helping young people build meaningful relationships. The majority of her professional experience has occurred in startup environments. She has experience as a founding associate at systemCHANGR - a curated community think tank for large-scale systems change, where she had the opportunity to build community through weekly newsletters, ESG-focused editorial writing, and live shows. She has also worked in International Relations for a global nonprofit, and entrepreneurship education in Southeast Asia. Currently, she is on the board for the Soroptimist International, Toronto chapter.
