About Lauren Kruger
Majored in Biological Sciences on the Pre-Physician Assistant track with minors in Biochemistry and Humanities in Medicine, I’m in the midst of my educational journey on human health. Through my leadership and experiences at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, I’ve learned the importance of advocacy and how it translates into the healthcare sphere. The positions I’ve been placed in have offered me immense knowledge and empathy about the nuances of students’ needs. Transferring this knowledge into medicine has led me to the belief that patient advocacy and providing care are the benchmarks of my professional development. My time as UNL’s Student Body Internal Vice President, combined with my diverse healthcare background, has ignited my passion for service to others, academic achievement, and relationship building. I will be starting Creighton University\'s Physician Assistant Program in the Fall of 2025.
