ABOUT LAUREN KNOX

I love solving problems.I’m at my best when I’m thinking creatively, building new systems, and figuring out how things should work instead of just accepting how they currently do. I enjoy taking apart messy, unstructured problems and putting them back together in cleaner, more effective ways.Economics is how I frame problems. It helps me think about incentives, tradeoffs, and unintended consequences. Finance is how I quantify those ideas and test whether they actually hold up in the real world. Data analytics is the toolset I use to explore problems, validate intuition, and turn abstract questions into something concrete.I don’t like clocking in and clocking out. I like making real changes, building systems that didn’t exist before, improving inefficient processes, and leaving things better than I found them. I’m motivated by impact, ownership, and the satisfaction of solving something difficult.I’m an adrenaline junkie both in life and in work. I’m drawn to fast learning, high responsibility, and problems where there’s no obvious playbook, only good thinking, experimentation, and execution.
