As the Head of People at I am responsible for driving the company\'s recruitment strategy and ensuring high levels of engagement across the business. My focus is on delivering a best-in-class recruitment process, with a particular emphasis on candidate experience and engagement. I manage recruitment targets across multiple departments and locations, prioritizing tasks based on business needs, pipeline health, and predicted time to hire. In addition, I oversee the development of effective onboarding and offboarding processes, negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and provide support to the Senior Leadership Team on complex disciplinary and termination actions.
