As a Community Investment Operations Specialist at Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, I monitor the operational and administrative compliance for projects awarded through the Bank’s Affordable Housing Program (AHP). I perform comprehensive analysis of multi-family rental and owner-occupied projects for regulatory and programmatic compliance during the various stages of the project’s AHP lifecycle.
