Leading the #11 business priority product development project. Analyzed and created a recommendation for different manufacturing scenarios with a financial, risk and unit cost analysis. • Assisted in the creation and deployment of the Aseptic Strategy with the vision to become the market leader in filtration of biologics by 2030. • Conducted market research by drafting a survey and interviewing customers to better understand the needs and gaps in in the final filtration process of viral vector molecules. Information was used to create a concept brief to start a new product development project • Managed a €75 million product line including strategy, financial analysis, change management, customer notifications, quotes, pricing and discount corridors. • Led the Long-Range forecasting exercise for a €600 million product line. Included breakdown into 90 article groups, high-low cases, regional breakdowns, and finally COVID exposure. • Analyzed data on supply versus demand to understand in year supply gap. Created a strategy to mitigate supply gap such as outsourcing, exiting certain end markets & optimizing product offering to high runner products. • Collaborated with Finance, ISCO & Product Management to create a proposal for an €460 million investment into a new finished good & membrane manufacturing site. • Analyzed Aseptic’s customer base and distinguished which customers will be focal vs. non-focal. Created a strategy to move away from non-focal customer by implementing a pricing strategy.
