As an employee of this Wisconsin-founded company, I focus on communicating positively and effectively for positive guest experience, while being responsible for the practice of food safety standards and health department requirements. My work has ranged from making Sunday-morning coffee for our early birds, to closing an industrial kitchen during a power outage in the dead of winter, doing my best to prevent extreme loss of stock.Kwik Trip maintains service standard through their Secret Shopper Program, which I have not only passed, but exceeded, based on a scored rubric, three times during my time with the company.From washing dishes, to making sure we have enough ice for the summer grill-outs in the neighborhood I grew up in, my position with Kwik Trip allows me to develop my customer service skills and remain in my community.
