As an Agent Assistant in the Electronic department at Wasserman Music, I support a roster of world-renowned touring artists, including Floating Points, Barry Can’t Swim, DJ Koze, G Flip, Chaos In The CBD, and Bob Moses. I work closely with agents, promoters, venues, and internal teams to manage the administrative, financial, and logistical details that ensure the successful execution of shows and tours across North America and internationally.Key Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day support across a high-volume roster of electronic artists and global tour schedules. • Track and report ticket counts for confirmed events. • Monitor and follow up on deposits and contracts; collaborate with promoters and accounting to ensure timely payments and paperwork. • Draft, issue, and manage artist contracts and invoices. • Enter holds, offers, and confirmed shows into the internal booking system. • Maintain and update internal records as show details evolve, including doors, curfew, set times, and announce information. • Conduct regular ticket link audits to ensure accuracy and functionality. • Create visa immigration itineraries to support international artist travel. • Collaborate with agents and internal departments to support smooth execution of all touring logistics and deliverables.
