I provide support and coordination of rehabilitation provisions for those that have endured serious injury. I work collaboratively within the MDT to ensure the client is fully supported and on the right rehabilitative path, utilising a bio psychosocial model to develop and achieve client goals. I believe in building a positive rapport with the client is paramount in ensuring the best outcomes, and advocating for your client is at the very core of every process within this journey.
