Support implementations from RFP through go-live regarding coaching services. • Assists in the recruitment, screening, and selection of qualified health coaches. • Develops training curriculum for health coaches. Assists in onboarding and training of coaches. • Develops workflows for provision of coaching services and customizes to meet the needs of individual clients • Coordinates and supports activities of health coaches. • Works with health center clinical leads, regional clinical leads, care team managers and VP of Clinical Services to set and standards, guidelines and protocols for onsite coaching services. • Supports sales, care team managers, and client advocates in presenting proposals for adding coaching services. • Supports development presentations, workshops, educational events and program offerings to address the wide variety of program needs. • Work with BI and Development to develop reports showing value of coaching services. • Support development of forms for coaching services and establish appropriate processes for use. • Provide clinical support for coaches including group calls, one-on-one support and collaborative problem solving. • Plan for the future direction and growth of health coaching services and identify goals for the clinical services team to consider. • Maintain Health Coach, RN Health Coach, RD, CDE and other coaching role descriptions • Coordinate Travel Coaches travel, scope, and licensure/certification needs • Ensure CLIA compliance with Travel Coaching equipment (lipid machines…) • Collaborate with QA to ensure coaching chart excellence • Represents coaching needs to the organization and organizational needs to the coaches • Mentor and develop future coaching leaders • Monitor, coordinate, and oversee Jabil COVID outreach services
