My team would probably describe me as the one who enjoys troubleshooting issues to create new options for the same task and streamline the process (AKA saving time). I love telling stories and encouraging a positive, supportive team (community) where I am assigned. I am a very passionate mental health advocate and will make sure everyone I connect with knows their physical/mental health is much more important than anything work related. At the end of my career, my dream is to own my own business. Until then, I am investing my time to work in the business industry becoming proficient in sales/recruiting/HR/operations and business plans.
