As a Principal, I lead diverse, multi-disciplinary teams to develop, test, and launch deliverables and services to solve Client problems in a variety of industries, including: aerospace and defense, hospitality, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, retail, and many others. In addition, I partner in leading our Leadership Alignment area of capability and am the Strategy Activation Europe Lead. My area of expertise is in working with senior teams to develop shared meaning for the corporate strategy and the leadership behaviors required to enhance execution. My leadership and strategic alignment expertise helps engage senior teams in a process of exploration, learning to work effectively as a team, exploring marketplace realities, driving toward common outcomes, and demonstrating the behaviors necessary to successfully lead change and transformation throughout their organizations.In addition, I utilize Accenture’s unique methodology and way of engaging leaders, managers, and front-line employees to build and execute strategy. I am responsible for the design, development, delivery, facilitation and implementation of our solutions and my responsibilities include leading successful projects as measured by client satisfaction, high-quality products and services, timeline execution, project profitability, and team member experience. Through my work experiences, I have built industry expertise, strengthened facilitation capability, and developed the ability to combine the best of traditional business analysis with user-centered design thinking to achieve results, resulting in successful client engagements and account growth with clients who return to Accenture for additional engagements.
