Lauren is a Certified Public Accountant and finance leader with over 20 years of experience in leading teams, accounting, financial reporting and analysis. She is currently the Controller and VP of Accounting at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, leading the accounting team. In previous controllership roles, Lauren has built accounting and financial reporting teams, providing monthly and quarterly reporting packages to the Company’s stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. She has participated in and led teams through ERP, payroll and reporting system implementations, while providing development opportunities to her team members. Lauren has also supported the accounting and financial integration of numerous acquisitions as well as capital events and debt events. Prior to serving in these various controllership roles, Lauren served as a senior manager at EY, audited public and privately-owned companies in a variety of industries, and a variety of sizes, including a Fortune 15 Company with SEC reporting. Lauren is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and holds a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from the University of Florida. In her free time, Lauren enjoys swimming, hiking, bicycling, and traveling to national parks with her husband and children.
