ABOUT LAUREN HANSEL
Young professional with a passion for sports and advertising/marketing. Recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in advertising. While pursuing my bachelor’s degree I was chosen as a member of the Garnet and Gold Key Honor Society, FSU’s most prestigious leadership society. I also was a member of the Arrowhead Competition Advertising Team, winning first place at the National Advertising Competition. I had the privilege of serving as Vice President of T.R.U.E, a student booster athletic fundraising organization. This past summer I served as an intern for the Chief of Staff at the University of Central Florida athletic department. Now I am working on my master’s degree in sports management at Florida State University and will be graduating in August of 2025. I am creative, have a clear understanding of digital media, media outreach, editorial placement, counter-messaging, and brand building, and have a genuine way of building long-term relationships. Upon graduating with my master’s degree from Florida State University, I will be looking for career opportunities in the field of advertising/marketing, focused on collegiate or professional athletics.
