Direct, Plan and Coordinate the overall technical activities for the Breakthrough Technologies Research and Development, Electrolysis operations at ATC; ensure testing plan is established collaboratively with all technical leads and executed on • Demonstrate Breakthrough Technologies Research and Development, Electrolysis technology at the research and pilot scales, meeting all performance and cost targets • Collaborate with Engineering and Project team to define and execute infrastructure requirements • Develop plan and lead testing and system validation for primary and ancillary equipment that will scale to the commercial target. • Develop cell startup, shutdown, commissioning, and autopsy plans; conduct appropriate FMEAs and incorporate learnings into plan • Develop operator training plan and curriculum from current scale to the commercial scale • Manage Operations Leader to recruit and maintain technicians for Breakthrough Technologies Research and Development, Electrolysis operations • Insure all EHS reviews are completed, and action plans incorporated into design, engineering, and construction activities • Resolve issues with resource allocation within facility to get work accomplished • Proactively coach, develop and mentor others
