ABOUT LAUREN GLYNN
With over 15 years of experience in the higher education sector, I am a passionate and dedicated leader in the admissions and transfer credit fields. As the Assistant Director, Admissions at the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM), I oversee the admissions, transfer credit, and scholarship adjudication of over undergraduate applications annually. I have successfully managed and implemented various initiatives to enhance the student experience, such as the Transfer Credit Info Hub, UTM Bridging and Refugee Pathways, ACE@UTM and several engagement opportunities for prospective and newly admitted students. My core competencies include communication, collaboration, organizing workflows, and infusing teams with connection to the work and each other. I have an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Anthropology, with a minor in Italian. I am driven by the mission of UTM to provide access, excellence, and innovation to a diverse and dynamic student population.
