Support the business with all HR related matters, across all levels of the business structure• Identify, design and implement strategic HR projects, as and when required• Lead the recruitment process for the business in line with a developed recruitment strategy• Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers• Develop and maintain job descriptions for all roles• Review all staff salaries and make recommendations for salary structures in consultation with department heads. Ensuring the business adheres to all Equal Pay legislation.• Interpret and advise management on employment law• Planning and managing staff inductions• Compile and deliver reports to senior management• Maintain employee records on company systems• Provide advice and guidance on individual employee relations cases, ensuring that these are well managed and meet the requirements of the Company’s policies, best practice and employment legislation. • Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of staff throughout the organisation, and ensure that the staff handbook is comprehensive and up-to-date. • Develop and maintain an effective partnership with a staff forum ensuring consultation and communication practices are routinely adopted to enable management to make effective decisions and successfully implement proposals. • Ensure that staff are informed and updated on key business and organisational issues.
