ABOUT LAUREN GAERTIG
I am a senior Biology student at the University of Alabama with a strong interest in the strategic development, promotion, and market positioning for medical devices. My recent internship with CONMED Advanced Surgical gave me firsthand experience in how innovative technologies are brought to market and solidified my passion for advancing healthcare through creative, evidence-driven strategies. I am especially motivated to improve patient outcomes by raising industry standards.Beyond my academic pursuits, I bring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills developed through diverse roles in research, student leadership, and extracurricular involvement.
