About Lauren Fine
With over 18 years of experience in the education and nonprofit sectors, I am a passionate and versatile Senior Education Consultant who works with diverse clients to design and implement impactful solutions for K-12 education. I have a deep knowledge of curriculum development, instructional coaching, facilitation, and human-centered design, as well as a keen interest in educational equity, innovation, and leadership development.I also leverage my expertise in Edtech and start-ups to collaborate with other organizations and stakeholders in the education ecosystem. My mission is to empower youth and educators to create positive change in the world.As the Co-Founder and Co-President of the Ghana Educational Collaborative, I have been supporting talented young scholars in Ghana to achieve their academic and life goals for over 13 years. We provide scholarships, mentorship, community, and leadership programs for students to become changemakers and leaders in their society.

Throughout the last decade, our work has centered on supporting talented young scholars in Ghana to achieve their academic and life goals. We provide academic scholarships, mentorship opportunities, access to a strong peer community, and leadership development programs for students to achieve their highest aspirations. Through our leadership development program, our goal is that one day our students will be the changemakers and leaders in their community. The Ghana Educational Collaborative envisions a time when education is accessible to all Ghanaian students.
