About Lauren Evans
I help organizations reimagine how they operate, compete, and scale through cloud-powered digital transformation at Amazon Web Services (AWS).As a Senior Business Development Manager, I work shoulder-to-shoulder with leaders to identify what matters most, design solutions that meet customers where they are, and look around corners to prepare for what’s next. I focus on turning complexity into clarity—and strategy into action. With more than a decade of experience spanning sales, product development, and digital transformation, I build durable customer partnerships and lead high-impact initiatives from concept through execution. I initiate, structure, negotiate, and close new business, while expanding and renewing existing relationships to drive measurable top- and bottom-line growth.I also shape the evolution of AWS Premium Support and Managed Services by contributing to the strategic development of features and offerings that deliver differentiated, outcome-driven value for customers.I believe bold ideas win when paired with strong collaboration and relentless customer focus. I’m energized by hard problems, ambitious teams, and the opportunity to work hard, have fun, and make history at AWS.
