Lead team of recruitiers and manage the full life-cycle recruiting process; sourcing both passive and active candidates through applications, referrals and online job boards and niche sites; reviewing application materials; screening and interviewing by telephone, video technology or in person; presenting candidates to hiring partners and managers; administering candidate testing; evaluating, interpreting and sharing results with partners/managers; expediting reference checks; and extending offers • Supervise the day-to-day operations and performance of the recruiting team• Conduct and review with leadership teams personality assessments, reference checks and background checks• Company-wide roll out of a formal offer letter that is compliant in 9 markets across the United States• Facilitate new hire paperwork, benefits and training information• Execute 30/60/90 day Stay Interviews for all new hires• Manage third party recruiting firms• Interact with LEYE leadership to assess LEYE management and Corporate talent bench strength and identify and fill gaps• Oversee full life-cycle of Summer Internship Program led by the Manager of Internship Program, including but not limited to campus relationships and recruitment, program outline and execution, conversions to management, and end of season metrics and analysis• Company-wide roll out and tracking of employee referral program• Utilize and update data in applicant tracking system• Monitor effectiveness of Recruitment programs, processes and systems and identify and implement improvements • Monitor, address and document performance of direct report(s) through on-going feedback, positive recognition, formal performance reviews, coaching and, when necessary, disciplinary action up to and including employment termination • Develop, maintain and utilize professional networks (including but not limited to industry contacts and association memberships) to source, attract and recruit qualified candidates
