ABOUT LAUREN DONOHOE
I operate at the center of the business as a strategic partner to the CEO of Liquid I.V, helping scale the company from a ~40-person,$200M organization to a 250+ employee, globally operating brand on track to surpass $1B in revenue. My role goes beyond traditional executive support. I design how the CEO and leadership team operate, ensuring time, energy, and attention stay focused on the highest-impact priorities. I’m at my best in complex, fast-moving environments where structure is needed. I build operating rhythms, decision-making frameworks, and systems that help leaders scale effectively. I also built and now oversee the executive support function, driving alignment and raising the bar for how our team operates. Alongside this, I play a role in shaping culture during periods of growth and transformation by reinforcing standards, ways of working, and leadership expectations across the organization. I act as a force multiplier by shaping how work reaches the CEO, creating clarity in moments of ambiguity, and reinforcing discipline during periods of rapid change. Over the past 5+ years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of what it takes for a business to evolve from startup to enterprise, and how leadership and culture need to evolve alongside it. I bring a mix of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and intuition. I anticipate needs early, stay close to the business, and focus on solving the right problems before they escalate. I hold a Bachelor of Science in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Saint Joseph’s University, with international study experience in Madrid. I’m fluent in Spanish and thrive in cross-functional environments that require discretion, adaptability, and strong stakeholder management. At my core, I’m motivated by building leverage for the CEO, the leadership team, and the business overall.
