Serves as an internal consultant to Human Resources (HR) and organizational leadership on key business objectives. Collaborates with organizational leaders and departments to design and deliver system-wide, strategic learning, leadership and employee development initiatives to improve the collective organizational capacity across the health system. Designs, delivers, and assesses forward-thinking learning initiatives to further the appropriate skills, experiences, capabilities, and competencies for the Dartmouth Health workforce. Coaches leaders and teams on the appropriate tools and resources to enhance effectiveness. Designs and implements organizational and team development interventions, based on solid understanding of organizations as whole systems.
