ABOUT LAUREN DALLY

I am a forward-thinking Technology Leader with proven track record in achieving challenging strategic transformation objectives. I have led cross-functional teams in diverse sectors, including finance, insurance, healthcare, and corporate wellness. I thrive in fast-paced, complex environments and excel in senior and director-level technology management and delivery roles. I have a successful history of shifting cultural change through as a Product and Agile expert. My leadership experience extends to managing teams of varying sizes, from small groups to large teams of 250 members, to effectively deliver products and projects across the entire IT development lifecycle. I am passionate about driving positive change, optimizing processes, and achieving excellence in client-centric solutions. My commitment to excellence has earned me several notable awards and recognitions, including the esteemed Next CIO which I have been awarded back to back in 2023 and 2024. Additionally, the team I lead has been listed as finalists in the highly competitive BCS & Computing UK IT Industry Awards for three years in a row (2022, 2023 & 2024) across different categories. Most recently, we received a Highly Commended award in the Emerging Technology category, where I spearheaded the development of our low-code capability, leveraging this initiative to upskill young adults and provide them with early career opportunities in IT. Driven by a passion for making a positive impact on society, I co-founded the Ardonagh Women in Tech community and serve as its Secretary Community Chair. I mentor women in their careers through the Reed Women in Technology programme and am a member of the AI for Charity (AI4C) Group which supports dozens of Charities with their AI adoption roadmaps. This underscore my passion for making a difference, unwavering dedication to pushing boundaries, fostering innovation, and advocating for diversity and inclusion within the IT industry.
