ABOUT LAUREN CUNNINGHAM
I am an experienced psychologist in military, government, and regulated-personnel behavioral health, specializing in security clearance psychology, leave of absence, and operational enhancement of mandated care and short-term disability evaluation programs that improve readiness and psychological functioning. I\'m currently serving as the Senior Manager over Lyra Health\'s Mental Health Evaluations Team, where I train, manage, and supervise a team of highly qualified doctoral-level Evaluators conducting evidence-based short-term disability evaluations via Lyra\'s innovative video platform. I also serve as a subject matter expert, supervisor, and manager for clinicians and operational team members supporting DOT/NRC Substance Use Evaluations (SAP), Fitness for Duty (FFD) evaluations, and mandated care referrals. I am licensed as a psychologist in Indiana and New York, and hold telehealth credentials through PSYPACT.
