Additionally, I collaborate closely with our sales, marketing and account management teams to ensure alignment with our clients\' needs and goals, providing support and guidance throughout the sales process.Additional Responsibilities-Achieving new client acquisition and retention targets-Using AI and Automation-Utilising my proven experience in consultative sales to generate leads and making appointments with hiring managers and/or their People & Resourcing Leaders, through the effective using of targeted marketing, PR, events, calls and a ranging of online platforms-Meetings with clients face to face and online to understand their challenges and requirements, then making recommendations for solutions through the introduction of Workforce benefits, services and options-Discussing pricing, gaining commitment, supporting and advising on the clients\' growth strategy and taking full vacancy requirements to feedback to our delivery team-Once established, supporting the Account Management team to build lasting partnerships with clients-Collaborating across all business areas to fully understand Workforce’s heritage, success and unique selling points, whilst adapting existing approaches to suit the needs of clients-Working alongside Marketing to create social media content and campaigns, B2B and B2C.
