This role has both a Clinical and Management Element which includes- Leading a team of 5 Orthotists to deliver a high quality Orthotic service within a managed contract, working to a set of KPIs- Ability to track costings and spend and review product resource to meet budget requirements- Streamline processes which have been adopted in other managed service contracts, including care pathways and smarter and efficient ways of working- Assisting with tender writing and presentation delivery during tender processes- Production of Quarterly and Annual Quality Reports- Supporting Clinical leads new to the role from other services- Mentoring of Graduates with reputation for developing high quality clinicians- Clinical pathway development- Hold the position of Learning Disability and Autism Champion in Northamptonshire.Hold the following positions- Safeguarding Lead- Audit Lead- QA Representative- Health & Safety Representative
