Ensure timely support for staff occupational health needs and oversee compliance documentation. Leave AdministrationManage FMLA, ADA, military leave, and other organizational leave programs, ensuring timely, compliant, and compassionate service. Guide employees and managers through leave and accommodation processes and lead annual leave training for supervisors. Workplace Safety & OSHA ComplianceAs OSHA & Safety Coordinator, lead audits, incident investigations, and training initiatives. Maintain compliance with OSHA standards, update emergency procedures, and foster a proactive safety culture through staff engagement and safety committees. HR Operations & LeadershipSupport our HR Director in day-to-day operations and special projects, help streamline workflows, and promote collaboration across the HR team. Provide monthly HR analytics, assist with employee relations and performance management, and serve as a resource for onboarding, offboarding, and timekeeping processes.
