I am extremely passionate about promoting the health and wellbeing of others - whether that be in a one-on-one setting, or a large group or population. My educational background and varied experiences in my career have provided me with the knowledge and skill set necessary to be a true health promotion advocate in a variety of arenas. I thoroughly understand the impact that ill health can have not only on an individual, but also in the business/work environment. The ROI is different at these levels for investing in health, but equally important and significant.
