Represent the Dairy Business Association, Edge and Farmers for Sustainable Food at the state and national level and grow strategic relationships with dairy community partners to achieve strategic objectives of all organizations. Serve as managing director of Farmers for Sustainable Food, including management of sustainability projects. Provide oversight of research initiatives. Review project proposals/plans; establish work plan and staffing for each phase of projects and arrange for collaborators assistance when needed; direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Confer with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Identify and recruit potential collaborators that have similar or complementary missions. Coordinate project activities with other departments in association.
