ABOUT LAUREN BRAND
I\'m a clinical psychologist and healthcare leader working at the intersection of mental health and technology — and I\'ve spent more than 20 years building toward what I believe is the most important work in the field right now. My career spans leading healthcare organizations, scaling programs, and forging partnerships across complex systems to expand access and improve how care is actually delivered. I also maintain a private practice, which keeps me grounded in something no spreadsheet can capture: the real, lived experience of patients and the clinicians who serve them. What draws me to this work is that it demands both things at once — rigorous strategic execution and genuine human empathy. I bring strategic and operational depth, a builder\'s instinct for high-impact programs, and the kind of leadership that develops strong teams and drives things across the finish line without losing the people along the way. The future of mental health care will be shaped by how thoughtfully we integrate technology into it. I\'m here for that work — and always looking to connect with others who believe that doing good and doing well aren\'t mutually exclusive.
