   As VSE’s Talent Acquisition lead for hiring Advisors, I execute the full recruitment life cycle to secure top talent to support the tremendous growth of the Expert-Link services. My strategic areas of oversight include-Determining and prioritizing hiring needs, based on business forecasts and advisor specialties, geography, experience or other attributes-Developing criteria used to evaluate potential advisors most aligned with emerging resource needs and determining the types of candidates who are best fit for our network-Defining the talent brand strategy and messaging used in recruiting new advisors through our website, social media, and other referral channels-Defining and improving the Candidate Experience and continually improving this experience through metrics related to Net Promoter Score and HireVue scores-Instilling a sense of the culture, clarifying expectations, building community, and communicating our talent brand at each touch point-Interpreting and analyzing the performance metrics of advisors to better enable them to succeed on the network, and also find processes optimization opportunities in acquiring and on boarding new advisor talent-Designing and facilitating a 90 day orientation process that works to maximize advisor performance and retention on the network.VSE is a high-growth technology company that utilizes its proprietary data driven software solution, to power and serve businesses.
